Abstract Records and reports are the sources of data for health programme planning, monitoring evaluation. Accurate timely crucial to ensure quality leprosy services, including drug supply, complication management disability prevention. Data verification validation initial steps achieve global goal zero leprosy. The objectives were strengthen reporting system, update personal records provide onsite training focal persons.
